James Hazelton

Managing Director

Ever since the year 2000 when James first self taught himself how to code and design with the assistance of the internet over a 56kb modem (that always dropped out mind you), he has dedicated himself to all things digital.

Throughout his career, James has specialised in user interface design, user experience design and information architecture, as well as front-end development and digital production including ecommerce sites and mobile apps. In that time he has won 16 industry awards and been featured in over 50 online publications both nationally and internationally.

James founded Actualise Design in 2012 to deliver high quality digital services without the excessive price tag of big agencies.

Providing clients with honest advice regarding their digital needs, James brings extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of how websites, mobile applications and online marketing should be designed, developed and implemented to achieve the best outcomes. He also takes the occasional photo and is a co-founder of a zusa.

Ingrid Bruggestrass

Principal

Ingrid is a tendering, marketing and communications professional with nearly 10 years experience in the engineering, construction, property, health and professional services sectors. She has written, designed, and managed tenders for some of Australia's largest projects, helping win billions of dollars in work for companies in the road, rail, property and health sectors.

As a Principal, Ingrid provides best practice tendering advice to a number of businesses to help them understand tendering processes, Government and private client drivers and how to best respond to questions. She also helps the business clarify what tenders they should and should not be bidding, how and who should be involved in the development and delivery of responses and how and where efficiencies can be made to save time and costs (in some cases saving up to 65%).

Ingrid supports businesses across a range of disciplines from providing graphic design and print production through to copywriting, technical writing, project management and strategy in tendering, marketing and company communications. She is highly dedicated to her clients and ensures they are best set up for success. She also is a co-founder of zusa.
